Description and Application

SUPREME PLAIN DETONATORS, a detonator capsule filled with high-powered explosives like ASA (primary charge) and PETN (secondary charge) inside an aluminum metal tube. It is ignited safely with a fuse. The primary charge, ignited by the fuse, then ignites the secondary charge, resulting in the detonation of the Capsule Sensitive explosive or Detonating Fuse attached to the capsule. These detonators are manufactured in highly modern facilities that adhere to strict safety and quality rules, requiring precision and delicacy. Grizu is an unsafe product and should not be used in areas with Grizu hazards.

 

Usage Recommendations

SUPREME PLAIN DETONATORS can be directly used and detonated by placing SUPREME FUSE PC, a safe fuse, inside the detonator. The safety fuse is placed inside the number 8 demolition capsule and secured with a capsule compression tool. It is not recommended to assemble the fuse in any way other than using the brass capsule compression tool.

Storage

Explosive materials should be stored according to the “Regulations on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Explosive Materials Outside the Monopoly” under decision number 87/12028. For best results, store in a well-ventilated, approved explosive material warehouse at moderate temperatures and dry conditions. If stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated explosive depot, the shelf life of SUPREME PLAIN DETONATORS is 2 years from the production date. However, exposure to extreme hot or cold weather may cause premature deterioration of the product.
