Our People, Environment, and Safety-Oriented Policies for a Sustainable Future

As Solar Turkey, we are building a qualified and highly committed team with a human resources policy that values people and experience and is based on equal opportunities. With our health and safety policy, we ensure a safe working environment by taking proactive measures and prioritize the well-being of our employees through continuous improvement and training. As the Human Resources Directorate of Solar Turkey, under the leadership of executive management, we aim to attract talent that will drive our organization forward in the explosives sector, increase corporate loyalty, contribute to training and development, and operate within the scope of legal regulations. Decisions made by our Executive Board regarding human resources processes are integrated into operations with precision.

To allocate appropriate resources to our occupational health and safety management system and to provide the necessary equipment, consultancy and audit opportunities.

To reduce all our risks by taking proactive measures, to carry out continuous improvement and development activities and to inform our stakeholders through training programs.

To create a safer working environment and a continuously improving occupational health and safety management system by taking legal requirements into account at all levels of our organization.
