Blasting Services
Solar Mining Services Inc. (SMS) organizes blasting services across 7 different regions in Turkey with a total of 21 teams. SMS possesses the largest blasting crew capacity in the country, performing approximately 4 million cubic meters of blasted excavation annually. Our operational capacity on high-volume projects includes engineering expertise and technical consultancy. This capacity, used in high-risk areas, ensures efficient and safe blasting operations all over the country.
Technical Consultancy Services
Our blasting operations are supervised and monitored by engineers who are experts in their respective fields within the framework of occupational health and safety standards. Blasting services are constantly overseen by field engineers who maximize operational efficiency and safety. Our technical consultancy services offer risk analysis and engineering solutions at every stage of the projects, optimizing blasting operations. Additionally, for projects requiring advanced engineering, depending on quick-response capabilities we offer solutions for both short-term and long-term needs.

Technological Services: Modeling, Electronic Initiation, Controlled Blasting
We continuously improve the technological infrastructure in all our blasting processes. Innovative approaches are integrated, such as computer-aided design (CAD) software, geographic information systems (GIS), drone-based modeling, and blasting simulations. These technologies allow us to perform comprehensive analyses and effectively control pre-blast, execution and after-blast phases.
Blasting Performance Analysis
Continuous monitoring and optimization of parameters such as particle size distribution, back break amount, muckpile and throw efficiency, flyrock control, and final cutting efficiency.
