SUPREMEDET-S Non-Electric Detonator
SUPREMEDET-S provides superior performance with its 3 layered (3L) shock tube technology. SUPREMEDET-S offers unlimited delay timing. In non-electrical initiation systems, energy propagates through the shock tube and detonates the cap. Therefore, unlike detonating cord, shock tube stands firm rather than destruction, eliminating desensitization risk of the explosive inside the target hole. It is not affected by electric fields and static electricity since it is a non-electrical initiation system providing reliable and safe initiation of blasting rounds.

A highly secure ignition system
SUPREMEDET-S non-electrical initiation system consists of four different detonator types as follows:
– SUPREMEDET-S LP, an in-hole detonator designed for underground blasting.
– SUPREMEDET-S DTH, an in-hole detonator designed for surface blasting.
– SUPREMEDET-S STL, surface delay element designed for both underground and surface blasting operations.
– SUPREMEDET-S COMBIDET, designed for surface blasting, produced as combination of in-hole detonator and surface delay element.
SUPREMEDET’S STL is a surface delay detonator. It provides extra delay between unlimited number of holes in underground and surface applications. Therefore, several holes can be blasted with superior performance without causing any blast induced ground vibration.

SUPREMEDET’S LP is specially designed and produced for underground blasting and tunneling operations. Due to its wide range of delays, it provides safe and ideal results in tunneling and underground blasting applications. LP detonators placed in the holes can be initiated by STL surface delay elements by bunching or detonating cord with minimum 10 g/m specific charge element.

It is preferred especially in open pit blasts due to its high safety and superior performance. It minimizes the SUPREMEDET’S DTH is an in-hole non-electrical detonator specially designed for all kind of surface blasts. It consists of 6 different delay numbers with a 50 ms delay interval between each. On surface, it is connected to surface delay detonators (SUPREMEDET’S STL) or detonating cord for initiation.

SUPREMEDET’S COMBIDET is a combined form of SUPREMEDET’S STL and SUPREMEDET’S DTH detonators. It is very easy to apply and can be produced in terms of various delay combinations, as well as desired tube lengths based on user’s preferences.
